Standard sign installation with a clear, watertight, 8.5×11″ brochure holder attached. How Our Pricing Works: The base rate for the complete service and the brochure holder is $80.00. Once at the checkout,  it is required to enter the property address where the sign will be installed and it will automatically calculate the total price, causing the total cost to vary with mileage.
